Originally from the State of Maine, has been selling Florida Real Estate for more than 10 years.  Cliff is a Broker Associate and Real Estate Instructor.  He operated the Colby School of Real Estate for over 3 years before Covid.  Cliff is primarily a Listing Agent and is known as "Maximum Cliff" because he gets owners top selling price for their property.  Cliff holds a BA in Chemistry, he traveled the world and has owned and operated several small businesses.  His analytic mind is seasoned with an appreciation of the arts (he still plays in a rock band).  Cliff always starts by listening and asking relevant questions.  Then, he formulates a plan unique to that particular housing situation.  "My work habits were forged early -- growing up on a farm with milking cows and vegetable fields.  I carry that work ethic with me."
